Every number measured. None guessed.

The regulation text was digitised once into a frozen, human-reviewed rule set. At runtime the checker uses classical geometry and that rule engine only. Every reported number is extracted from the drawing, geometrically measured or entered by a person, and anything uncertain is marked unverified and routed to a manual-entry form. It is under review by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation and GujRERA.
